1. Governing Body

• The Governing Body is chaired by a senior Naval officer.
• Members include high-ranking representatives from the Defence Forces, officials from the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, representatives of DGME and BMDC, and distinguished academic professionals.
• The Governing Body is responsible for policy-making, resource allocation, and oversight of institutional performance.

2. Principal

• The Principal serves as the chief academic and administrative officer.
• Responsible for implementing academic programs, ensuring discipline, and maintaining quality assurance.

3. Academic Council

• The highest academic authority within NMCC.
• Chaired by the Principal, with members including Vice-Principal, Heads of Departments, Professors, and student representatives.
• Responsible for curriculum implementation, examination policies, and academic standards.

4. Disciplinary Committee

• Upholds the values of discipline and integrity in line with naval traditions.
• Ensures that students, staff, and faculty maintain a respectful and professional environment.
